GWMailMerge A GroupWise mail merge add-on to create serial letters and emails within GroupWiseGWMailMerge was developed to help you create serial letters via mail merging through GroupWise. The aim of GWMailMerge is to simplify the mail merge process as much as possible. GWMailMerge is capable of using your normal GroupWise addressbooks and it can also access databases (via ODBC and BDE). This allows you to use your stand alone address database as a source for your GroupWise mail merge. GWMailMerge supports numerous merge fields. Any of those merge fields can be used in MS Word serial letter templates (which can also be accessed via GroupWise document management) or in serial mail templates (which can also contain attachments or HTML layout). GWMailMerge is capable of sending your emails via SMTP instead of using GroupWise to send them. This is an ideal basis for sending personalized mails like HTML newsletter to all your customers. GWMailMerge seamlessly integrates into GroupWise and automatically adapts to the language selected in GroupWise client as GWMailMerge is fully localized in English and German. |
